By browsing luicargo.com, submitting quote requests, or using our China sourcing & freight forwarding services, you fully agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree, do not use our website or services. We reserve the right to update these terms without prior notice; continued site use means you accept revisions.
2. Our Services
Luicargo acts as a one-stop sourcing, inspection, consolidation and shipping agent based in Shenzhen, China. We only provide intermediary logistics & procurement support. We are not the manufacturer of any goods sourced for clients. All service plans are confirmed via written quotation before execution.
3. User Responsibilities
You must submit true, accurate product, contact and cargo information when requesting quotes or placing orders. You warrant all goods you import comply with China export and your local import laws, without counterfeit, infringing or prohibited items. You bear full risks for inaccurate specifications you provide.
4. Quotation & Payment
All quotes are valid for the stated period only. Sourcing, warehousing and freight costs may adjust due to carrier surcharges, currency fluctuation or customs fees. Service deposits are required to start production/arrange shipments; full balance shall be cleared before cargo dispatch unless a special written agreement exists.
5. Liability Limitation
We conduct standard pre-shipment QC inspections but shall not be liable for hidden product defects, design flaws provided by you, or damages caused by carriers, customs detention, force majeure (storms, port strikes, policy changes). Our maximum compensation shall not exceed the total service fee you paid us.
6. Website Content & Intellectual Property
All texts, images, logos and case materials on luicargo.com belong to Luicargo. Unauthorized copying, reprinting or commercial use is forbidden. You may not misuse our website for spam, fake inquiries or illegal submissions.
7. Third-Party Links
Our site may contain WhatsApp and other external links. We take no responsibility for third-party platforms’ privacy rules or service standards.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to reject service requests or block repeated abusive visitors without explanation.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, China. Disputes shall be settled through negotiation first; unresolved disputes submit to local Shenzhen courts.
