Shipping Policy

Last Updated: July 2026

1. Service Scope

Luicargo provides one-stop shipping solutions for goods purchased from Chinese suppliers, including cargo consolidation, warehouse storage, export documentation, customs clearance and door-to-door delivery to global destinations. We offer sea freight, air freight and express delivery options.

2. Quotation & Transit Time

All shipping quotes are based on provided cargo details (weight, dimensions, destination and commodity type). Transit times are estimated and not guaranteed. Delays caused by carrier congestion, customs inspection, weather, port strikes or policy adjustments are beyond our control.

3. Cargo Collection & Consolidation

Clients can deliver goods to our China warehouse for free consolidation within agreed storage terms. Long-term storage may incur warehousing fees. You must ensure all packages are clearly labelled with your unique order ID. We only conduct outer packaging visual check, without unpacking inspection unless extra QC service is ordered.

4. Customs Compliance

You are responsible for confirming import regulations, tariff rates and prohibited item rules of your destination country. All cargo information you submit must be true and accurate. Any fines, detention or losses arising from incorrect information fall on you. We will assist with standard export customs clearance in China.

5. Payment & Shipment Arrangement

All freight charges, surcharges and service fees must be fully settled before cargo departure unless a separate written agreement applies. We reserve the right to hold shipments if payments are overdue.

6. Cargo Loss & Damage

Basic freight service does not include cargo insurance. You may purchase cargo insurance additionally. Compensation for verified loss or damage shall follow the carrier’s official liability standards. Luicargo shall not be liable for indirect losses such as profit loss.

7. Prohibited Goods

We refuse shipments of dangerous goods, batteries without proper certifications, counterfeit goods, infringing products and items restricted by Chinese export laws or destination country rules.

8. Delivery

For door-to-door DDP shipments, delivery addresses must be complete and accessible. Failed delivery due to wrong address, recipient absence or local import restrictions will generate extra costs borne by clients.
